About us

The two of them

Bill was born in Pinconning, Michigan — in the middle of the state's dairy country, where a good cheddar isn't a special occasion, it's Tuesday. Louie is the one who says no cheese should stay local. Together, Bill and Louie's Cheese Adventure is taking Pinconning's best mild-to-sharp cheeses and their Original Horseradish from hometown markets to the whole country — boards, events, and customers everywhere in between.
